You can apply for immigration bail if the Home Office is holding you on immigration matters. You may be released from detention if you agree to obey some conditions.
You must be held on immigration matters.
How to Apply for Immigration Bail:
You can apply to one of the following for Bail:
a) First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Tribunal/Chamber)
b) Chief Immigration Officer (CIO)
If you wish to apply for bail to the First-tier Tribunal then you must fill in form B1 which you can find under application forms herein.
